I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University.
I have been a psychotherapist for over a decade. Despite learning all the techniques and interventions, I had no idea how to build a therapy business. It was through a lot of trial and error (and the pressure to work with insurance) that inspired me to create a certification that considers the needs of the therapist/life coach. I am here to help you avoid my mistakes, make clear choices, and have a practice that you love.
I include my therapy background and education to work with your specific clients, while helping you generate a full practice. I created this program to help aspiring coaches to become facilitators of real, sustainable change.
I believe in empowering people to become confident guides, able to hold space and ask powerful questions, and walk alongside others as they discover their own purpose, power, and potential.

I have a Master’s degree in Psychology and began my career as a licensed mental health professional. While I’m grateful for that foundation, I eventually felt called to step beyond traditional therapy and explore a more expansive, empowering approach to personal transformation.
That journey led me to build my own life coaching practice—one centered on self-awareness, growth, and conscious living. Over time, my work naturally evolved into the realm of relationship and intimacy coaching, where I found a deep resonance and purpose in helping people create more authentic, connected lives.
Now, through Transcendental Mind Institute, I share everything I’ve learned along the way—from the psychology and soul of transformation to the real-world strategy of building a thriving coaching business. My mission is to help you awaken your own voice as a coach, step into your purpose, and build a practice that reflects the truth of who you are—no therapy license required, just your calling and the courage to answer it.
